🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

🏪 Store Pickup

We currently do not offer a store pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address.

🚚 Local Delivery (UK Only)

Local delivery is available for central UK postcodes. If your address qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.

• Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Delivered the same day

• Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends: Delivered the next working day

You'll receive email notifications and real-time tracking when your order is out for delivery.

📦 UK Shipping Rates

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. Salz-Berg is not offering international delivery at this time.
